Four- and five-year-olds: Teachers provide a variety of activities that help this eager age group use their curiosity to discover God’s presence in their world.
Grades 1 & 2, Ages 6 & 7: Teachers focus on this age group’s emerging reading skills by helping children explore Bible stories and verses that they are able to understand and recall. They learn that God wants our trust and obedience, which leads them to Jesus, their Savior.
Grades 3 - 6: Students engage in conversation, Bible reading and memorization, and exploring the truths found in the Word of God. They will enjoy the chance to learn with other students your age and have discussions about the Bible and your faith.
Grades 7 - 12: The first part of this course is designed to help young adults pursue spiritual maturity and strength. It also helps young adults to live in Christ and assist them as they navigate through the false messages and negative values of pop cultural on their own. The course uses Christian based values and topics each week to focus participation. We discuss the realities the teenage world and then move to the Bible helping them understand how God's love fits thier needs. Each person is able to discuss their thoughts, beliefs, concerns and challenges on specific weekly topics. Then, using God's word we help young adults understand God's message of love, faith, understanding and acceptance and how God can guide them through the challenges of everyday living and decision making. Student need only be prepared to speak from the heart. No prior study or preparation is needed for anyone to attend.
NOTE: Free childcare is available in the Chapel Annex (Bldg 2002) for children 8 weeks to 3 years.
